Launch South Africa’s first single malt, single cask whisky in keeping with the Three Ships reputation for pioneering the local whisky industry.
Only 800 bottles were produced, making it a very special collectors’ item – we wanted to create packaging that was equally as rare and refined.
The design emphasises the distinctiveness of the product, keeping it simple and understated, adding rareness and richness in the detail of finishes, foil, embossing and colouration. Uncoated paper creates a premium look topped by a new closure with paper tap seal. Everything about this product, from its intrinsic to the design embellishments, is exceptional.
The first 400 bottles went on sale via a live online feed and were entirely sold out within a few hours. The product achieved major kudos amongst whisky aficionados, building brand reputation and prestige.
